By day, I help businesses work better.
By night, I help people move better.
I've always been active. But as you get older, you have to make time for what's important to you. I started taking a more structured approach to fitness a few years ago but without much experience or education, I got a little too enthusiastic a little too fast.
Recovery was slow.
It was frustrating.
I wanted to do everything in my power to prevent it from happening again, without compromising my training.
So I went back to basics. I started focusing on my mobility and stability. Then I started with light weights, making sure every component of my body was functioning properly.
As I learned more and more, and applied my knowledge to my own training, I saw and felt incredible changes: in how I looked, how I felt, and how I moved.
I went from only using bodyweight and bands, to placing 3rd in Miss Classic Figure Australia 2019.
BQ Fitness is all about moving intelligently. It's about pushing yourself to your limit - safely. It's about developing movement patterns that'll keep you injury and pain-free for life.
